Man who claims he’s survived yowie attacks knocked man unconscious

Zoe Zaczek writes on The Daily Mail: "A man who claims he has been attacked by a yowie on two occasions has pleaded guilty to assaulting his neighbour." On Wednesday, Yowie researcher Dean Harrison pleaded guilty to punching his neighbor in the face several times and knocking him unconscious, after Harrison complained about the neighbor's noisy dogs. The man visited Harrison with his mother on January 20th to have a calm conversation about the noise problem. "The trio engaged in calm conversation before Harrison suddenly bashed the victim. Some Thoughts on Alaska Monsters: Bigfoot Edition

So far, two episodes of Alaska Monsters: Bigfoot Edition have aired. Here are some of my thoughts on the show. First off, let's start with the team, the Midnight Sons. There are a few new members on the team this season. The old leader, Little Bear, is gone, and now Crusty (the guy with the bear claw in his beard) is leader of the team. Other members are: Dudley (new guy), the team "forensic expert," Todd, the "trap engineer," Bulldog (new guy), the "survival expert," Rhett, the "greenhorn" (rookie), and of course Face, the "veteran tracker." Compared to the AIMS Team of Mountain Monsters, Crusty is Trapper, Todd is Willy, Rhett is Buck, Bulldog would probably be Huckleberry, Dudley would probably be Jeff, and Face would be Wild Bill. The Missing Thunderbird Photo and the Mandela Effect

Over the years, stories have circulated throughout the cryptozoology community about an old, very mysterious photo. It is supposedly from the late 1880s and shows some sort of giant bird or pterosaur-like creature. Hence, it is known as the Missing Thunderbird Photo. Info about the photo can be found here on my blog, and here on Karl Shuker's blog. A while ago something struck me that made me think. I had looked into the Mandela effect - for those who don't know, the Mandela effect is when people are sure they remember something, but in reality they are incorrect. Some examples include thinking the Monopoly man has a monocle, Darth Vader says "Luke" before he says "I am your father" in The Empire Strikes Back, etc, etc. More examples can be found here .
