100 Breeding Pairs of Thylacines in Tasmania?

"Andrew," a thylacine enthusiast, claims that the creature, also called the Tasmanian tiger, still exists, and that the park and wildlife officials say there are 100 breeding pairs living "unofficially" is Tasmania.

Earlier this year, it was reported that a thylacine had been spotted. I think it may be possible that the creatures are still alive.
