River Tay Monster Photographed?

A photo has been circulating on the web as of late that supposedly shows "Nessie," 150 miles from Loch Ness.

Mervyn Rolfe claims he spotted something that looked similar to the Loch Ness Monster in the River Tay. He "watched in astonishment" as the thing swam through the water. As he was watching, he took a picture of the Unidentified Swimming Object.
The photo. A real monster?

According to John Kirk on Cryptomundo, the River Tay has a long history of monster sightings. Maybe this one should be added to the list? Or, maybe it shouldn't be…

Also on Cryptomundo, "PhotoExpert" commented on the photo, showing how there appears to be a hole in the first hump. If it is a real monster, why could there be a hole? Well, I may actually have an answer to that.

Some aquatic cryptid witnesses say the thing they saw a "loops" instead of boat-shaped humps. Maybe this is a "loop" monster, and the darkness under the hole is a reflection on the water? What do you think?
A cool cartoon sea monster showing the "loop" back

Is this a real photo of the River Tay Monster, or is it a fake? Let me know what you think in the comments!
