Knobby the Bigfoot Caught on Camera?

There's a new video on YouTube that supposedly shows Knobby, North Carolina's Bigfoot. The video is short, and shows some sort of human-type figure. I have circled the area where the figure is seen in the image above. The figure appears at the 27 second mark.
What do you readers think? Is it really Knobby the Bigfoot, or just a guy in a costume?
