Alien Being Interrogated by the US Government at Area 51?

I first saw this video on the show UFOs: Best Evidence Ever Caught on Tape 2 last Friday. It was supposedly smuggled out of Area 51 by a man named "Victor" and supposedly shows an alien being interrogated by the US government. At first the alien is communicating with the interrogators telepathically but then goes into some sort of coughing fit and medics come in. What do you think this video shows? An alien? A clever hoax? I'm putting my money on a hoax.
