Yes, fanged deer exist, and they live in Afghanistan. The male Kashmir musk deer do grow fangs. News about the deer has just come up recently on the internet. A team of scientists searched for the deer on expeditions in 2008 and 2009. The deer have now been spotted on three separate occasions this year. It is very extraordinary because it is the first time anyone has seen them since 1948!
The Kashmir musk deer is an endangered species, but poaching and loss of habitat now threaten its very existence. Its sad to see humanity causing yet another animal species to go extinct. We need to stop killing our planet.
